Pork Spare Ribs

Oven temperature: 160 deg.

 

Cooking time:  2-3hrs

Utensils: Baking dish with lid or foil

Ingredients:

1kg Pork spare ribs

1 lemon

4 tbls soy sauce

3 cloves garlic

2tsp Chinese 5 spice

 

“When it comes time to die,

make sure all you gotta do is die”

 

Method:

 

  1. Place ribs skin side up next to each other.
  2. Crush garlic
  3. Juice lemon
  4. Mix soy, lemon, garlic, and 5 spice together pour over ribs make sure all are coated.
  5. Cover tight put in oven till tender or cook in slow cooker this I think is better.
  6. Then remove cover turn heat up to 200deg and cook further 30mins
