A very lazy day




For breakfast mushrooms on toast with oregano from the garden and lots of garlic.  But the most delicious food I cooked today was laugenbrezel a german soft dough bread with a salt glaze. The most interesting thing about the recipe was that the shaped dough was dropped in boiling water and bicarb for 30 seconds.  I have read about this but this is the first time I have used this technique.  It worked really I shall make these again.
