Chicken seasoned with every herb in the garden.

Filled the chicken with a quick seasoning made from a bunch of all the herbs in the garden + about 250g of bread all whizzed up in the food processor.  Cooked on top of the stove with 1/2 litre of chicken stock. Not a true howtowdie  but the busy mum’s quick version.  Kale is the vegetable but no eggs tonight.

Still makes a lovely dinner.

Its raining again, we had so much rain on the Gold Coast last year.  It’s great for my garden but not so good for my customers.  Hot sunny days is what they need.  But it is good for the garden and everything is looking healthy and green again.

The Marjoram and the Sage that came home from Mum’s garden. They should do well with the rain.
