Tonight was a big cooking night. I have found the best way to feed my family good healthy food is to once a week spend some time cooking a few meals. Tonight I cooked a Burmese Fried Pork Curry, Guinness Beef Casserole and prepared some fresh hamburgers. Every one of these meals makes at least two dinners for a family. It means that during the week, there is no pressure to cook.
For dinner a lovely steak with a salad of Mizuna lettuce, pear, fetta cheese and walnuts.
