Parsley+mint+onion & garlic + bourgal = Tabouli

Very quick tonight, I’m off to Soul Sista for the first time. Quick dinner left overs out of the freezer  with some salad. Tabouli takes minutes to make and the mayonnaise from yesterday was more delicious today so stirred it through the left over black eye peas. Then Mum is out for a great night with her friends.
